We are thrilled to welcome Baby Booty to The Studio for a special series of pop-up events. In December 2022 Muscle & Flow hosted the team from Baby Booty for a baby-wearing fitness class geared towards parents of newborns. After our December even it was clear that the people wanted more Baby Booty ... so we're giving the people what they want. Extending into Spring 2023, Baby Booty will be back in The Studio (upcoming event dates below).
What is Baby Booty Workout?
Baby Booty® was created as a way to prepare for the physical demands of parenthood.
Baby Booty is a 30 minute workout followed by 30 minutes of social time for parents and babies! Baby-wearing is optional, pregnancy is always welcome. Toddlers are welcome too! The exercises done in class are based on movements of every day life as a new parent; squatting, hingeing, lifting, bending. The workout includes squats, lunges, arm exercises, standing ab exercises, movements utilizing the barre. Baby Booty is for all parents in their prenatal and postpartum journey as all the exercises can be modified for your body and fitness level; all fitness levels are welcome. The workout can be done with or without a baby. This is most commonly a baby-wearing workout, but we welcome older babies and toddlers to hang out/play while you workout.
