Gillian's guided meditation class is the perfect way to bring peace and balance to your life. In each session, Gillian will guide you through a five-part meditation experience that will calm the mind, strengthen the body, and heighten the soul. By the end of each session, you'll be feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world with a new outlook.
