Energize your body and mind in this flow that peppers classic vinyasa yoga with power moves inspired by an upbeat playlist that will make you move and groove. Open to all levels from beginners to advanced yogis.
MOM & ME YOGA:
A mom-centric class geared towards moms with baby 4wks to 2yrs-ish. Join Alex for centering breath, movement, conversation, and connection. Older siblings are welcome. No yoga experience or gear required. If you’re a mommy coming with more than one “mini me”, just purchase and reserve ONE spot for yourself and bring along your whole tribe.
Alex is a mom of 3 who turns to yoga and weight lifting to stay healthy. She is committed to our whole family-whole health goals at Muscle & Flow and focuses her efforts on building our studio and mom community. Alex is excited about meeting local families and becoming the village we all need to raise good humans and be good humans. She and her husband JD are committed to making Muscle & Flow a community destination where everyone can find what they need to be happy and healthy. Alex has been practicing yoga for 20ish years and teaches all levels of vinyasa yoga. Her favorite class is a vigorous slow flow with a killer playlist.
