Our Mom-Focused Strength Training Class, Mom & Me LIFT, offers a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can bring your little one, embrace the occasional fuss, and enjoy a workout tailored to your needs.
This 60-minute session is designed for moms of all fitness levels—whether you're new to weight training or a seasoned lifter. The focus is on building a strong foundation of strength and function while respecting the incredible postpartum body.
Here’s what to expect:
- Low-Impact, Functional Strength Training
A 40-minute workout focusing on proper form, functional movement, and exercises to boost your strength and energy. These sessions are designed to be safe, effective, and approachable for every fitness level. - Community Connection
After the workout, stay for a 20-minute social circle to connect with other like-minded moms. Share stories, offer support, and build friendships in an inclusive, supportive environment. - Baby-Friendly Environment
Bring your little one along! This is a space where you can feel at ease knowing it’s okay if your baby fusses—we’ve all been there.
